Breaking the Code

Could dialing a phone number be any more difficult?! I’ve deciphered this much so far:

Ex.#: 00353 01 6891100

00353 – Ireland Country Code (sometimes* you don’t dial the leading zeros)
01 – County “Area Code” for Dublin (sometimes* you don’t dial the leading zeros)
6891100 – Actual 7 digit phone number (sometimes phone numbers may be 8 digits long)

*No idea yet when you know if you do or don’t dial the leading zeros.

We haven’t yet figured out how to get Chad’s 1-800 calling card to work.
