I’m Compfused?!
Sunday, May 18th, 2008Jeremy’s essay here has me feeling pretty good about a) my writing skillz and b) my high school education. The biggest problem with Jer’s essay, as I said to the friend who brought his work to my attention, is that he really did an injustice by downplaying the dangers of “everything Spanish”. I think after reading his essay you will agree.
I also think he should have taken the fact that thanks to the “scientists” “everyone died” a tad more seriously. Other than that, his essay was . . . well if there was an English word for it, it would be “crap”. But there’s not. An English word for it.
I wonder if there is a Bulgarian word for it, you know, like how the Bulgarian word for “Can’t live” is “Ken Lee“.
